The Collective as the name suggests, is a collection of 4 offers under the one roof, comprising of hotel, authentic Italian restaurant, nightclub and bar.
You’ll find us situated on the cobbled Bruce Street in the centre of the historic Dunfermline town, birth place of one of the world’s greatest philanthropists Andrew Carnegie.
Ideally situated 30 mins from Edinburgh and with Knockhill Racing Circuit only 20 mins away. If golf is your thing, St Andrew's is only a 40 min drive away.

Our boutique hotel is newly refurbished and offers affordable luxury with first class entertainment ideally situated in the city centre of Dunfermline.
All bedrooms are en-suite with high speed internet access. Full traditional Scottish breakfast and all you can eat continental breakfast is included in the room rates. We have an in-house Authentic Italian restaurant, Ristorante Alberto, which has established itself as one of the best places to eat in Dunfermline.
